Purchased pillow top mattress/frame set 7/2004.

Three areas on mattress have began to show signs of dry rotting.

Have been unable to get touch with anyone concerning this matter.

It's the last time I will purchase anything from a store going out of business.

To my knowledge, I am not aware of any resources I can tap into to get help with this problem.

As a consumer, I think it awful to sell furniture with a warranty and not be able to have the warranty honored when a problem arises.
